While we all await the Judgment of the High Court regarding the Public Examination of Grant King by the Office of the Official Assignee, it has come to light that Grant King is facing yet MORE charges in Court.

It will be best to wait until due legal process has occurred before I post the specifics of the latest charges.

I guess I’m one of the lucky ones who purchased a Trident Cycles bike through Yazoom, and actually got a bike (delivery was very delivered but I did get what I ordered).

I thought I’d done my homeworkd – I checked out the Webpage for Trident Cycles before I purchased and also the Facebook page. The purchase order details that came back from Yazoom showed the following details:

    Purchased: 24/05/2014
    Delivered by: 30/07/2014
    Voucher ID: YCQ6-SmHvU3OZcj

I figured that the long wait for delivery would be okay as I was purchasing through Yazoom, but in mid-July I contacted Trident Cycle as I started worrying why still no delivery. I spoke with a man, who I think called himself Grant. He assured me that I would get my bike by the end of July. He was waiting on the shipment from China and said that the details on Yazoom did state that delivery would by by end July, which I acknowledged.

Eventually my bike was delivered to me as well as the extras I bought (a basket for the bike and a helmet). But delivery was the first week of August. And I’ve only just had time to get it out of its box and put it together. That’s when I discovered there were no instructions for the partial assembly that is required. So I started googling and I came up with your site about Trident Cycles and Mr Grant King.

Now I see that Trident Cycles has closed its shop in Helensville and only in the last week or so. I can’t believe how lucky I have been.

I have always been careful about buying things on-line but it goes to show you that you just never can tell. I think the work you are doing here to “out” people such as Grant King is something you should continue to do.

I count my blessings that I did get my bike. It could just so easily have gone the other way from all accounts, and I’d have lost the money and no bike.

    Regards
    Lisa
