What sort of penalties do criminals in New Zealand receive for fraud?

In the NZ Justice system, we have concurrent sentencing, so in order to ensure maximum “bang for our buck” regarding nailing GNK, it would not make sense to line up a string of cases all at the same time, because if GNK was found guilty on all charges, the Judge would default to GNK serving all of these sentences concurrently (GNK would thus essentially get a “discount” on each sentence).
No, it would be much, much smarter to secure one successful conviction and sentence, then another, then another, etc, and this way, we would secure GNK a CUMULATIVE sentencing pathway.
Given all of the information the GNKASS Network has pulled together as a team to date, one wonders just how long GNK is going to go away for once the collective powers-that-be all have their proverbial ducks in a row?
I’m not a betting man, but if I was – I’m picking the thick end of 7-10 years once we are all done, perhaps more.
In this scenario, GNK would thus be aged between 64 – 67 by the time he got out of jail, which means that, while he would be a fraudulent hack, he could still be a troublesome fraudulent hack.
Whatever sentence this prick eventually gets, and whenever he was able to slither his fulsome carcass away from the Department of Corrections, GNK can be sure that the GNKASS Network will be waiting for him – I can guarantee him that.
