Hi DWTK: Yes, now we have the High Court Hearing to look forward to on May 26th & 27th, being raised by the Office of the Official Assignee against Grant King, opposing his release from his third bankruptcy. If there is any money, then they will most likely find it.

Hi Noel, thanks for your support.

Yes, that is what I have been trying to tell Grant King for the past 2.5 years – that once I have someone in my sights – I never relent.

I guess he should have taken the (multiple) opportunities to settle the fraud he perpetuated upon me and my family presented to him – however, he just doesn’t have that option any more.

The 70 victims of Grant King needed a voice and a way to warn others not to become victims of Grant King – well now, they have a Court-sanctioned avenue to speak up, an avenue that has been gifted by Grant King in the Court action he took against me and this website.

Thanks Noel: By Grant King taking the action against this site, and our subsequent successful defence, Grant King has now embedded his name, his daughters name, and his longitudinal criminal history into the annuls of NZ case law – forever. Wait until the media and the blogosphere get a hold of the story. This is a legal test case for the right of free speech on the Internet, and Grant King walked right into it.
