A big “thank you” in advance to those people who I have talked to over the past couple of days, who have now confirmed their commitment to providing affidavits in support of my Notice of Defence, and who will also be attending the Auckland District Court in person on the day of the above Hearing.

For many of you, this will be the first time that you have ever had an opportunity to submit your evidence of Grant King defrauding you, to a District Court Hearing.

You will not be alone in your endeavour.

Affidavits will need to be into me by Friday 28th February 2014, and may be posted to:

Please ensure that you:

a/ Have the affidavit signed off by a Solicitor, or Justice of the Peace (most legal firms provide document signing as a free service to the public -just walk into your local legal firm and request document signing assistance, or visit the local Citizens Advice office for JP assistance).

b/ Attach any evidence to your affidavit, and have this signed off as well.

For those who will be attending the Hearing in person, I will meet you outside the nominated Hearing room on the day – the Hearing Room venue will be posted on the Court Hearings Schedule in the Auckland District Court building.

Media interest in this Hearing has also been confirmed over the past couple of days, and I am updating interested media parties as this event progresses.

Because at this link, Ms Tang is listed as the Overseas Sales Manager of Tern Marine (NZ) Ltd, which is the “front company” for Grant Kings “Tern Anchors” and Trident Cycles”.

Yet another unsuspecting accomplice to fraud, recruited by Grant King, perhaps?

 

Why is Burnsco Marine stocking the product of a convicted sex offender, convicted fraudster, and current bankrupt?

What is the most laughable component of this website is the Consumer information page, which is the classic “cut-and-paste an agreement” method of Grant Kings that we have come to know so well.

NZ’s most famous fraudster promises commitments to the Fair Trading Act, and the Consumer Guarantees Act, and the business model is exactly the same as all the other scam businesses King has run and had closed down: you give King money for a product that isn’t even existence (or in this case, not even in the country) and then King will give the product to you, unless he decides not to, or unless something “unexpected” happens (which is King-code for “when I rip you off, which is my intention all along”).

And yes, King promises to re-credit your account is something “unexpected” happens – it’s just that he has no history of ever re-crediting anybody, with anyone he has ever ripped off – ever.

Whatever you do, do NOT “proceed to checkout” 🙂

Grant King reduced to driving around in his girlfriends beaten-up Isuzu, whilst Tern Anchor & Trident Cycles remains firmly closed for business.

A GNKASS supporter had a wee drive past 103 Mill Rd Helensville yesterday, and noticed this vehicle parked outside, and copied down the licence plate:

 

A quick internet search revealed that this vehicle (GCJ693) is connected to  a “Hayley45” Trade Me account, the account of Grant Kings girlfriend, Hayley Morgan.

It also appears that Grant King has been shifting items from time to time through Trade Me, using Hayley Morgan’s Trade Me account.

“Tern Anchor & “Trident Cycles” remains firmly shut: the Tern Anchor signage is located sitting on the floor at the back of the shop, and there is a bunch of Trident bikes dumped where they have been dropped off on the shop floor.

The place was closed down, in the middle of the day, and the lights were off.

Can I just say how incredibly grateful I am to the local Helensville community for keeping me up to date with Grant Kings activities and movements – they are an awesome example of community guardians.
