Your email and subsequent press release has been forwarded to the Racing Integrity Unit (responsible for integrity matters within the racing industry) to ensure that they are made aware of and keep an eye out for this individual.
The websites you have sent links to relate to equestrian events, rather than harness racing. I respectfully suggest that you make contact with the CEO of Equestrian NZ (includes affiliate membership by NZ Pony Clubs), Mr Jim Ellis jim@nzequestrian.org.nz to bring this matter to his attention, if you haven’t already.
