Your email and subsequent press release has been forwarded to the Racing Integrity Unit (responsible for integrity matters within the racing industry) to ensure that they are made aware of and keep an eye out for this individual.

The websites you have sent links to relate to equestrian events, rather than harness racing.  I respectfully suggest that you make contact with the CEO of Equestrian NZ (includes affiliate membership by NZ Pony Clubs), Mr Jim Ellis jim@nzequestrian.org.nz to bring this matter to his attention, if you haven’t already.

Formal Notice of Claim papers were served on Grant King  today by me.

Honestly, the reaction ny GNK being served was just priceless.

GNK’s face was pure anger and indignation – almost disbelief to be honest 🙂 All he could summon was a faltering “fuck off” as I whispered “Gotcha” to him 🙂

Since he has already sold his soul, I guess that the “horsies” are all that is left 🙂

Update 16/6/12: The “horsies” link has now been diabled by GNK, and the ad removed from his Facebook page – too bad for GNK that I got a hard-copy beforehand though, huh?

According to the media report out in the Herald on Sunday today, GNK is facing two charges for breach of bankruptcy, and is due to appear in the Waitakere District Court this month. As this matter is sub judice, I am unable to make any comment on this outcome, however if you read the article below, you will get some idea of my response 🙂
