Letter to the Ministry of Economic Development (16/01/12)

‘alastair.stewart@med.govt.nz’ – Media Manager of the MED:

Dear Alistair,

My name is Steve Taylor, and our family was featured in the Herald on Sunday here:

http://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/news/article.cfm?c_id=1&objectid=10778843&ref=rss

I understand that Grant Norman King was not supposed to be acting in the capacity of a self-employed builder or contractor whilst bankrupt, and I wish to make a formal complaint to the Official Assignee about this issue.

I have documents, receipts, and bank statements that prove that Grant Norman King was operating at least two businesses whilst a bankrupt, the businesses being NZ Sleepouts http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=430951962 and NZ Kennels http://www.sella.co.nz/store/60tctl/nz-kennels/

I have cc’d this email to Celeste Anstiss, the Herald on Sunday reporter who broke his story.

Please advise accordingly.

Kind Regards,

Steve Taylor

Reply receved within 30 minutes:
