Indecent assault on a female aged between 12-16 years over period of time in 2003. Prior convictions for receiving stolen goods, receiving 4 stolen vehicles etc dating from 1982 plus an extensive history of fraud.
Victims:
Multiple: Sex offences against a minor (for which he was jailed), and has ripped off over 60 companies and individuals for an estimated total of over $2 million dollars to date via extensive fraud over many years, many of these being Helensville-based. Currently being investigated by the Ministry of Economic Development for running local businesses whilst an undischarged bankrupt. Has been bankrupted 3 x to date.
