Grant King Public Examination (Auckland High Court) provisional update.

What a day.

It turns out the Crown Prosecutor only needed one of the scheduled two days to conduct the Public Examination into Grant King.

The Judge’s decision on Grant Kings bankruptcy status is reserved, and I have undertaken obligations with key stakeholders in this case not to post anything on the content of what transpired today, or what was revealed by the respective parties to the Public Examination process, until the Judge has made a decision.

There is also new information that has come to light regarding Grant King during the Public Examination procedure, that I have again agreed not to post until a later date.

What I can tell you is that I wrote 15 x A 4 pages of notes, and that what I heard today will blow your mind.

After such a comprehensive defeat as the one dished out to him, only an utter moron would openly threaten me in a public forum such as a mainstream media newspaper, as Grant King does in this article towards the end of the story- but then, we are talking about Grant King, so, you know……………………

Doesn’t Mr King “play the victim” well? Apparently, he has “moved on” – that’s just awesome – now, about the little matter of recompensing the 71 (known) fraud victims of the estimated $3 million dollars you have stolen from them Grant? Grant? Where’s the money, Grant? Where’s the money gone?

I guess Mr King should have settled, while he had the chance.
